This portrait is part of my "ELLES" collection. It pays homage to women who fight for the right for girls all over the world to have a voice, be heard and most of all have free access to education.
I paint applying many layers, leaving glimpses of what went down before... a bit like "life" itself!
In addition to acrylic paint, I also use spray paint and acrylic felt pens to give an urban, pop art feel to the portrait.
Tiffany because the inspiration for the face was Audrey Hepburn.
