This i is a painting from the 'World of Tita Petita Chihuahua' series. Tita is my very special Chihuahua. I adopted her when she was 2 years and 7 months 19 days old. She likes to dress up as Characters and has all sorts of incarnations as a Witch, Nurse, Rapper, Samba singer and Dancer, Wonder Chihuahua, Hawaiian dancer etc. here she is at her Wedding! I wrote this poem which goes with it.

The Bride

It was a perfect sunny day
On which to give the bride away.
After much preparation & some stress
In finding her the perfect dress-
Ivory damask with matching lace
And ivory veil to frame her face.
Trimmed with rosebuds in peachy hue.
& matching bow and ribbon too.
With Summer blooms in her bouquet
& flowers strewn along the way.
Her big brown eyes shone so bright,
Her face a picture of delight.
The Groom looked dapper by the way-
Peach bowtie and waistcoat grey.
A black top hat upon his head-
A fitting beau for her to wed.
I thought my heart would burst with pride
At Tita Petita Chihuahua Bride!
