Original artwork description:

If only this could be "true"...

“People once believed that when someone dies, a crow carries their soul to the land of the dead. But sometimes, something so bad happens that a terrible sadness is carried with it and the soul can't rest. Then sometimes, just sometimes, the crow can bring that soul back to put the wrong things right.”
― James O'Barr, The Crow

When my mother died, I also lost my best friend. We did a lot of things together...and on her last year, she watched me as I draw...

---The color of the paper I used for this piece is "yellow-ish" (as you can see on the packaging photo) which is hard to distinguish on the close-up photos of the artwork---

*** This piece will be delivered rolled in a "G-Type tube". I've been using this "high-quality" tube for years to pack and protect my artworks during transportation. So far, since I've sold original artworks internationally (United States, United Kingdom and Australia) I've never encountered a problem using this form of packaging. ***
