Artwork description:

The day I visited the Taj-Mahal the weather was terrible. It was a damp February morning, it had been raining torrentially all night, it was cold and windy. I had envisioned leaving Agra with a set of photographs of the white marble building glistening in the morning sun, but standing in front of it I predicted that wasn’t going to happen.
After visiting the inside I walked around the majestic walls of the Taj-Mahal. The rain had stopped and a dense fog was looming in. Away from the crowds that had taken over the main entrance I sat in a quiet spot and photographed the silent building playing with the fog. In the end, I was pleased my images revealed a different, moody side to this amazing building.
