Original artwork description:

London's ever-changing skyline is most evident over the past 20 years at the site of the old docks and along the Thames. Bombed flat during WW2, it has since risen to become a shiny monument to wealth. In this painting I wanted to lighten the massive structure of the Shard and simplify it to an almost abstract shape, dark against both sky and river with a prominent highlight. Much wet in wet for the sky and dry brush for the river, I hope creates a vibrant scene and successful painting.

All paintings are wrapped and packed in robust card and posted
within one working day in the UK, slightly longer internationally.
