Occassionally I like to work in a watercolour-like way with Black Indian Ink and a Squirrel Hair brush. I like to create expressive monotone paintings, the simplification to black and white gives an air of sophistication!
Here, I have tried to depict the classic English countryside by intricately painting an Oak tree at the end of a country lane. Painted on light blue/grey watercolour paper.
