Original artwork description:

Drawing in colored ink in a contemporary figurative style inspired by the scene of a Historical Joust, a commemoration in which there is a competitive component symbolized by the jockey with his weapon in the foreground. He, preparing for the race riding his steed, brandishes the so-called "courteous lance", so called because it is more fragile and has a blunt tip to safeguard the safety of the target. The lady and the saint in the upper part of the work complete the scene, one representing the costumes of the Renaissance era and the other devotion.
