This was taken during a rather stormy day. The effect of the calm is done by placing a filter that stops 98% of all the Light and a long expose, approx 25 seconds in this case.
The resulting Photo clams the sea and sky down down and highlights the Groyne.

Paul is a self taught photographer living in Surrey. His main passion is Landscape and Animal photography. Most of his works are from the South East, while others are from his travels around the UK

This is printed on C-Type Photographic Paper. This printing or also know as Silver Halide printing is a 100 year old dark room technology using light-sensitive paper and silver based chemistry, a technology which has been constantly refined over time. Silver Halide photographic prints is one of the most archival forms of printing photos and preserving memories. The combination of this process using the very best Fuji technology and Fuji Professional DPII papers allows for breathtaking results
