This Original One of a Kind artwork is called , "The Blissful PEACE of Surrender!" It is inspired by the lyrics found in the song, "Anxious Heart" by Jeremy Camp. It is created on a 20 x 16 stretched canvas. It is also inspired by the song by Ed Sheeran, "Make it Rain!". When you realize that to fight and struggle in the life situation you are in is just hopeless.......sometimes Surrender is the only way to find Peace. There are a million different battle we humans fight everyday. Most of the time "WE" are the real problem. We can't do it ourselves but pride or addiction to the struggle keep us from asking for help. That is what hopelessness is truly This painting sums it up for me. The young woman gives up trying to fight battles in the STORM in her life and she Surrenders. There she finds Joy in the loss of struggle and the war within herself. She turns her umbrella upside down and takes a nice soak in a pool of rainbow rain falling down softly upon her. For me it was giving up the struggle and finding Jesus. Surrendered to him. For others it can simply be surrendering to the reality of what they are doing to themselves. Ask for Help from Somebody!!!
