Artist's description:

This mixed media painting was created after a walk on a very bleak day along the banks of the Dee estuary. It was cold and drizzly and the Welsh coastline had disappeared beneath a layer of low cloud. The waters of the estuary were choppy and grey. For me though it was still just as beautiful as a hot sunny day or a warm day in spring. I love my walks whatever the weather and the everchanging landscape of the estuary.
This artwork has white painted sides so no need for framing and has been fitted with chord so is ready to hang. It has been signed on the side and sealed with a matt acrylic varnish.
