The Black Cuillins of Skye are an incredible sight, their rocky outline breaks the sky in two, the blue light of a late Winter evening adds to the drama. The original photograph was made after a long drive down a winding single track road late in the evening when I thought I was lost. Then all of a sudden the road stopped at a small beach where the waves were crashing on the shore and the outline of the Cuillins lay on the horizon. I used long exposure techniques with my camera to capture this image and then worked on the processing to bring out the best of the fabulous colours of the Scottish landscape.

Printed on Metallic Photographic paper. Metallic paper is similar to traditional glossy photo paper but has a coating that enhances the light areas of the image and gives them extra sheen.

All prints have approximately 2 inches white border to allow for framing. Each print is signed, titled and numbered. Your beautiful print will be rolled in a sturdy art tube and comes with free shipping for many countries.
