As Artist in Residence with the UpTown Waterloo Jazz Festival, in Ontario I sketched the musicians as they performed, sometimes I was on stage. This image is of the Gala Fund Raising night held a couple of months prior to the event. I did several sketches from different views but chose this to complete as a painting.
