-The allegory of painting- is one of the most famous artworks painted by dutch painter Johannes Vermeer and is also the structural foundation of my painting.
After I analyzed the compositional trama of Vermeer.s artwork, I chose elements that are totally diffrent of his, but which create the same structure.In my case, the objects are not treated in a realistic manner because the big shapes (fishes) are materialized through obvious brush strokes.
