Needs frame for hanging; Oil on heavy duty canvas. Warm contrasting contrasting shades of deep brown blue, red, orange and pink. I was aiming for the color palette of a luxurious and understated Persian carpet with perfectly balanced colors, when I worked on this composition - it draws heavily on mythology and icons from the Indian culture which was formative for me. from the outsiders view it involves apparent confusion that results from juxtaposition of past and present
