Original artwork description:

This work continues with my investigations, appropriations or reinterpretations of different post modern styles and movements. My working process is always highly intuitive and spontaneous. As always I'm attracted to hard edges, bold color and geometric tendencies.
My desire is to mix up, mash up, re-mix different styles and in the process turn up something new. Influences are painters such as Frederick Hammersley, Karl Benjamin and Ellsworth Kelly. The painting is on Canson 140lb cold press watercolor paper. Titled, signed and dated on the back.

Materials used:

acrylic paint, matte medium, gesso
