The artwork was created on the spot, right in front of the Taj Mahal! It was my first watercolour painting in India. After visiting the magnificent monument, we climbed to one of the rooftops in Agra.
Before to the trip, I had heard various opinions about the Taj Mahal. It was often said, "Don't waste your time; the Taj Mahal is overrated. Half a day in Agra should suffice."
But no, no, no. Taj Mahal is a monument of great worth. Must see!
