“Sweet thoughts” started like most of my paintings as a usual portrait. I don’t always visualize my paintings before starting a canvas. I have a few works in which the lollypop is the central element so I thought I could relate this portrait with the others. Therefore, I covered the face with a black hole in which I placed the candies.
