Inspired by a peaceful winter hike, I wanted to capture the fleeting light of winter sun. Birch trees in the foreground glow against the forest backdrop. “Sunlight Dances with the Winter Forest” was painted in an impressionist style, dots are used to capture energy and the rapidly changing winter sunlight.

This original painting measures 24”x48” with 2” painted edges. Ready to hang with wire backing.
