Soft pastels, love in the air, summer romance.

This is a very traditional linocut reduction, carving the lino plate is a labour of love, and making it several colors, means that for every color, the print goes through the press again, time consuming, but oh so satisfying! My favorite printmaking technique and one that celebrates the art of handmade prints.

The piece of warm white heavy weight printmaking paper measures 45 cm x 50 cm (18" x 20") and the actual lino plate, the printed area measures 39 cm x 39 cm (15.5" square)

I have signed and numbered each print in this short edition of only 10 prints, and varied the colors so much that this is numbered 1/1, and you receive this very print.
