Original artwork description:

In the early morning at the loading terminal at the railway station “Moscow 3” everything comes into life. White trucks drive in with containers, unload them and drive away for the next one. Workers run to the containers like ants and start to pull out the various cargo. When the container becomes empty, the workers run back to their places and the commotion settles down till the next white truck with a container.

During the first session of my work the driver of the sprinkler tractor splashed water on me. Immediately after that he turned around and demonstratively did this once again. Driving away, he looked back for a moment. He was watching me with a satisfied look of a cat, which just created a mess, knowing that he would stay unpunished and smiling, probably waiting to see my irritation.

In the morning of the second day two men were walking nearby, and one of them shouted: “Hey, Shishkin! Whatta you doin, drawing pallets!? Need to search better for landscapes!”

In a whole, it seemed that everybody was puzzled by the subject I had chosen. Closer to lunch, when the work was mostly done, passersby began to come closer and ask how much I would sell the painting for.

Please note that I'll be able to dispatch the work for shipping in two weeks. I need adequate time to get the official documents to pass customs control, and it's hard to influence this timing. If you need it really fast, please contact me via message on Artfinder and I'll see if I can speed it up.

*Frame is not included. I can add a frame personally chosen by me to it, but it will increase the price and some people like to choose frames on their own. If you are interested in that, write me a personal message and we'll discuss it.
