Abstract floral painting on canvas. I start with an initial layer of mark making with pencils, crayon or ink, following on with acrylic paint, whilst I visualise an imaginary field of flowers. My painting is intuitive and my colourful paint palettes develop as I paint. I let the paintbrush guide me. The result is my abstract interpretation of a meadow of flowers or floral landscape.
