Featuring vibrant colours and unique textures, Sublime Sea was created with acrylics on paper. I mounted it on a circular 40" birch wood canvas, which was painted with the same dark magenta used in the painting. The gorgeous blue tones and hints of red complement each other, and the horizontal brush strokes in the painting really capture the viewer's attention.
