Life study this week was on balance within the body, creating poses to emphasize the significance of the position of the head to the position of the heel. Painted in watercolour and derwent inktense coloured pencil on 640 gsm Fabriano Artistico watercolour paper. Painted on the back of this painting is another watercolour life study of a reclining female nude in two poses. This painting is sold unframed. It will be packed between layers of cardboard (see me at work pic)
