Perversely, now that we are heading into winter I long for spring to come with its burst of fresh colours. In this woodland painting there is the fresh green of new leaves unfurling and native wildflowers blooming along the path. Light and shade.

Acrylic on board. Varnished. Framed in a white-painted wooden frame. Strung on the back and ready to hang.
