Spring Mint is an original large abstract expressionist style paintings by Suzanne Vaughan. Paint is applied to the canvas in free gestural marks with palette knives and other tools to create a dynamic textured surface. With multiple applications each layer interacts with the previous building a complex texture suggestive of natural organic elements.

It captures the fresh energy and vitality of Spring in rich vibrant greens with hints of the warm earth peaking through.

Painted on a piece of canvas with an extra 4 inches around the 40” x 40” painting which allows for many framing options such as a floater frame or stretching onto a gallery wrap frame.
