Artist's description:

I am in love with the festivities brought about by the blossoming cherry flowers in Japan. In 2012, I found myself in the midst of the "sakura" season (cherry flowers). I visited many cities in Japan that year, but the most beautiful road with Japanese lanterns was in Kumamoto, in the Kumamoto Prefecture on the island of Kyushu. These lanterns are so beautiful and fragile, matching perfectly the cherry blossoms.
