Beautiful like bluebells in a stoneware pitcher…

I based this image on a poem by Czech poet Jaroslav Seifert and the print reflects traditional Czech folk art. I took the style and colouring for the pitcher directly from on an old piece of Czech stoneware that's been in my family for a few decades.

An eight-colour, limited edition reduction linocut. Carved from one block and printed by hand, one colour at a time.

Each print is unique, with slight variations within the edition.
