Watercolor portrait in Japanese sumi-e technique. The starting point for this piece was an idea that I took looking on vintage photos. How the beauty has been transformed through the last 100 years. Picasso or Matisse style of women changed to more androgynous style of modern models but the mystery of beauty is still alive.
