Maasai Mara, Kenya. I keep track of elephant movement in Maasai Mara, Kenya, and have discovered a pattern. Elephants, after all, are creatures of habit. I was alone with this elephant family quietly ambling along on a familiar trail. The group had accepted my presence in my car. As we spent time together, I noticed a composition forming, a ‘shape’ if you like, which is when I got the camera low down to capture the formation.
