I am inspired by the inherent delicacy and subtleness of watercolor art as it is all about thin washes and transparent colors. I allow the white of the paper to gleam through and lend itself to the luminosity of the painting.
What I enjoy most is letting go and finding a balance between controlling and freeing this painting medium to get some amazing effects and outputs.
The evergreen subject of flowers, with endless variety, gives me the scope to play with colors and be imaginative…at the same time creating some beautiful works. Their bright and vibrant hues spread positivity and happiness wherever they are.
