Serene watercolour in blue, white and gold, of a young woman holding her beloved white cat, surrounded by floating flowers. The cat's paw rests in her cupped hand.

Highlighted with gold gouache on the cat's eyes, on the flowers bursting open and on the girl's dress and veil.

I have used 320gsm acid-free cotton rag handmade paper with its lovely textured surface and deckled edge (visible in the close-up pictures)
