Original artwork description:

This painting is composed of shades of increasing density of grey in horizontal lines, with some areas washed out with a scouring pad and then a few white highlights added. Hard not to see a seacape in it but that was not the original intention, just another example of serendipity.

It would suit any location from a modern apartment to a period home. It looks great in our Victorian dining room (see in situ photo).

The construction is canvas stretched over a wooden frame which is not visible. It is ready to hang.

Materials used:

Acrylic paint brushed over canvas.
