This bright watercolour was made in January 2022 in Sète, a Mediterranean harbour in the south of France. This street is located in the picturesque district called la Pointe Courte. The main interest lies in the contrast between the sunlit side of the street and the one in the shade. At the end of the street you get a glimpse of the étang de Thau, a large coastal pond linked to the Mediterranean sea. This watercolour is framed and ready to hang.
