Original artwork description:
Thick cellulose pulp has been hand-molded over a wooden support to create the base of this unique round wall sculpture.
After a coat of epoxy resin, which stiffens and reinforce the texture, the whole surface was painted with a varnish with pure copper pigment.
With the aid of a chemical conversion coating, I sped up the natural weathering effect that occurs from exposure to the elements.
The verdigris (green and turquoises) patina adds interest and originality to the surface of the sculpture.

Diameter cm 70 - inches 27 5/8
Support depth cm 1.5 - inches 5/8
Texture deptht cm 2/4 - inches 1/2 (approx.)
