Ronny the Rodent is collecting kindling for the winter. Ronnie is very happy that autumn is nearly here and he can put on his old favourite scarf with the very special brooch that he inherited from his gran. Ronnie believes in being a well turned out rodent.
This is a one of a kind sculpture made of 100% Merino wool which has been cleaned, carded and dyed using natural dyes.
I made Ronnie by using needle felting technique and he started life as just one big ball of wool! He has been felted around a little wire frame so he is very stable when standing up. All details such as eyes, nose and his accessories are made of wool. The kindling he has collected is actually little sticks from the woods!
Ronnie the Rodent comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity and he is truly one of a kind!
