Original watercolor painting of a rocky landscape inspired by my Tour du Mont Blanc.

In the summer of 2022, I did my first serious hike. Tour du Mont Blanc is one of the world's most famous treks that circles the snowy Mont Blanc mountain. It is a 170 km journey through France, Italy, and Switzerland that lasts around ten days.

This rocky landscape painting shows a path we took crossing France to Italy, heading toward the little Italian city of Courmayeur. It was a challenging day during which we did 12 hours of the hike!

Tour du Mont Blanc was a healing experience for me because it was the first time I felt calm and at peace since the start of the war against Ukraine.
