A view of the fishing cottages and rooftops in the middle of the picturesque village of Robin Hoods Bay. The craypots from the Mariondale fisheries are in the foreground.
This picturesque village of Robin Hoods Bay is a hidden gem on the North Yorkshire Coast consisting of a maze of tiny streets, quaint cottages and houses, individual shops, cafes and pubs and a tradition of smuggling. Its also the end of Wainwrights coast to coast walk.
Originally I printed this image with red flowers because I didn't want to add another colour, but then finally I decided to print again with the flowers in violet.
