Original artwork description:

From the original stamp design by David Gentleman, a stamp made out of stamps,
Originally released in 1966 to celebrate the 900th anniversary of the Battle of Hastings.
Handcut stamps stuck onto canvas, finished off with acrylics and a good coat of matt varnish.
The naming of the piece is in memory of my Brother-in-law, Richard Power, who recently died.
