The Place des Corps Saints in Avignon is lined by plane trees and grounded by a central fountain. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or ice cream on a warm day in sunny Provence. Lively and relaxed at the same time, this plein-air pen and ink watercolor captures the feeling of sitting back and taking in the ambiance of one of my favorite squares in all of France.
