Welcome to my Reflections Series.

"Reflections" is a new body of work admiring the ripples and reflections of local ponds, admiring the vital role they play in providing aquatic life with rich habitats and biodiversity.

"Reflections" acknowledges the time spent looking both upwards (at the skies) and downwards (within the water) and yet also casts the perfect metaphor for the reflections of our minds, both in searching for more and searching within.

This piece is layered in rich depths of deep blues, greens and with a subtle undertone of raw texture. The brushstrokes are feathery, light, fluid and moving evoking ripples bouncing and dancing light.
