Artist's description:

An experience I will never forget I was invited over to one of my art students place. Its was called 'Redlands Farm' an organic dairy farm in the beautiful hidden area of the start of the Somerset levels .The farm was beneath the ancient Creech hill and I was in ore .The atmosphericness was sublime and Sue drove me out across to one of the fields to take it all in.We seized the moment while the weather was okay and we both painted .The sky was changing rapidly and the light was moving like a frantic bird .The excitement on both our faces summed it up ,its so good for you to paint outside in the countryside -breath in the smells ,feel the warmth when the sun comes through and lights up the colours of the landscape .
