Original artwork description:

What is a red rose if not a symbol of love, passion, sensuality, and the feminine…Its lovely scent is a feast for the senses and floods your nostrils and lungs with feelings of joy, serenity and happiness. We all need more red roses in our lives.

I created this artwork with pastel pencils on Clairefontaine Pastelmat, a paper card specially created for pastel paintings. Pastel works age beautifully, their brilliant colour does not fade with the passing of time.

This artwork is part of my Graceful Feminine series.

I will ship the artwork matted with a white mat and framed in a black frame, protected by plexiglass. Ready to be hung on your wall!
