Original artwork description:

Original oil painting by jean-Pierre Walter.

🎨I really like this time of year when fall comes and the weather changes. The trees take on pretty warm colors and I like to find this cozy and warm atmosphere which comforts, like this charming painting. Painted following the method of the Flemish primitives with grisaille and thin layers of transparent paint called "glaze", this painting sees its intimacy and transparency magnified by a charming frame preserving the "rustic" side of the composition while remaining modern. A very pretty piece.
