Rainy Summer? There is a lot of beauty to be found in those rainy days: this atmospheric watercolor is done in grey and light blue colors with some lila added. I have been thinking about structures in nature like waves, clouds, skies, beaches, rain, water. It´s an abstraction of what you see at the beach on a rainy day when the light breaks through. At the sea, the sky may be grey, but there is often light where you wouldn´t expect it, still a lot of color in the grey.
I like that as a metaphor for life.

The painting comes as a sheet of paper and would love a nice frame, but of course you can choose a smaller frame or a bigger one. If you want any advice on that or want me to sign a matte in a certain size, should you rather want it ready to hang, contact me!
