Artwork description:

My practice mediates between photography and painting. Female narratives develop while the time is being recycled over.

For me, this image truly captures the spirit of holidays and the time by the seaside. The picture was taken in 30’s last century.

The original photograph that comes from my collection was scanned, digitally manipulated, printed as Giclee, hand coloured with watercolour and finished off with ink. It is a limited edition of one.

Materials used:

Giclee print, watercolour, ink
