An unwitting show off just begging to be painted. "Poultry in Motion" was another rooster friend in the local city park, checking out my painting supplies, looking for bugs in the grass, sparring with shadows in the sun, and, of course, strutting in his brilliant plumage.
Painted with palette knife to capture shimmering feathers, and more subtle background brushwork.
