Original artwork description:

Pizza has long been my favourite food so it naturally became one of my favourite subjects to paint too. I've sold a few pizza paintings in the past but this is my latest creation.

This unframed A3 painting shows a hand taking the first slice of a fresh pepperoni pizza, leaving satisfying trails of molten cheese. Whilst the graphic representation of food is a regular theme for me, the inclusion of human elements is still relatively new. The edge of the pizza is depicted as part of a perfect circle cut into slices. All is suspended against my trademark sky blue background.

As with the rest of my work my aim is for graphic, colourful impact over realism. The end result is a colourful painting that would brighten up any room in your home, or would make an ideal gift for a food lover.

It is painted in acrylics on thick high quality A3 paper. PLEASE NOTE: the painting doesn't come framed, but I've taken photos of it in a white A3 frame for display purposes. It's signed on the back.
Size -
11.69 x 16.54 inches
29.7 cm x 42 cm

I've been inspired to create work like this by classic pop artists like Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein and Patrick Caulfield.

Postage will be first class in a cardboard envelope or tube and the painting will be wrapped in plastic.

Acrylic Paint, Paintbrush, Posca Pens
