Like peas in a pod, scratching around the vegetable garden, so cute.

This is a linocut reduction print, this means that I cut away as I layer the colors onto the paper. I start by cutting away the lightest color, run all the prints through the press in this color, then I cut away what I want to keep in the lightest color, and print on the next color, this is repeated until the print is done, which is why it is an original print, I, the artist have had a hand in rolling up and pulling through the press each and every print. I have used 6 colors here, so each print has been through the press 6 times, every time the print has to be lined up perfectly.

The print measures in lovely cream coloured best quality printmaking paper
26,5" x 16,5" (67 cm x 42 cm)
and the actual printed area measures 23,5" x 13" (60 cm x 32 cm )
