This painting really colour therapy, in particular, pastel therapy. It is well known that certain colours can be calming and let people relax and feel more in the moment. So I've chosen a gentle pastel combination to calm an anxious mind. Painted in the style of abstract expressionism.

This work is painted on professional-grade canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas has the dimensions is 213 cm in width by 107 cm in height.
