I love the coastline for their wide open space, the ever changing clouds, the surf that can be rough or still... it's wonderful experiencing the elements.
This is why I decided to paint a series in which I would like the observer to hold on for a moment. Just observing through your senses...as if you are there, letting the feeling in.
I wanted to combine this stillness and wideness with the dynamics of my brushstroke and the vibrance of the colors as I see them. Find out for yourself what happens.
